Privacy

PixNimble Forms processes supported photos and signatures locally in your browser. Image contents and filenames are not sent to our servers, Firebase Storage or an image-processing API.

Your images

Files are held in browser memory during editing. The app does not save them to a server or a browser database. Temporary preview URLs are released when replaced or when the page closes. Downloaded files remain on your device under your control. Optional HEIC decoding also runs locally.

Optional usage analytics

When a GA4 measurement ID is configured, the site offers an analytics choice. No Google Analytics script loads unless you choose Allow analytics. Without a configured ID, no GA code is loaded. Your choice applies to the current page session; declining does not restrict any tool.

If enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies and collect page views, device information and usage events such as processing or download. Events contain tool identifiers and selected numeric requirements, never image bytes, filenames or signature contents. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Automatic form, site-search and outbound-click measurement must remain disabled in the analytics property to avoid collecting unrelated data.

Hosting

Firebase Hosting delivers the static site and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser headers, for delivery and security. This is separate from image contents, which stay local.

Ads and accounts

This MVP has no ads, account system or payment service. The reserved advertising configuration does not load an advertising script.

Control

Choose No thanks to decline analytics, or close the page to clear temporary image state. Browser tools can clear analytics cookies if you previously allowed them.
